What you'll do

• Assist with annual budgets and monthly variance explanations
• prepare and review contract billings and maintain billing files
• account monthly for EDEN-owned properties and prepare financial statements
• prepare financial reports and forecasts
• manage accruals, prepaids, deferred revenue, and property insurance allocations
• assist with construction accounting
• manage credit card spreadsheets and invoices
• track inventory and allocate expenses
• perform bank reconciliations
• monitor contract spending and budget modifications
• maintain general ledger procedures
• assist with annual audit workpapers.
