What you'll do

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
• observe and document resident attendance, mood, behavior, and involvement
• report and chart resident behavior
• recommend activity-program adjustments to the Activity Director
• perform other appropriate duties as directed by the Activity Director.
