Restoration Lead Technician

Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. The Restoration Lead Technician role combines office work and onsite work at project locations in Bowling Green, KY. ; the posting describes a competitive base salary. On Target provides restoration and mitigation services for properties affected by fire, water, mold, and other damage. The lead manages restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating clients, technicians, subcontractors, and resources to complete work safely, within budget, and to quality standards. The role also supports client communication, team development, project documentation, and quality assurance.

What you'll do

• Lead fire, water, and mold restoration projects
• develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• monitor progress and adjust plans to support timely completion
• and ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Serve as the primary client contact, manage and mentor technicians and subcontractors, conduct site inspections and quality checks, coordinate materials and equipment, maintain project documentation, and submit reports and invoicing. Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation and at least two community service events per year.
