What you'll do

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders
• serve as the owner’s primary contact with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• manage site selection, feasibility studies, RFPs, and bids
• develop and monitor budgets and schedules
• review invoices and change orders
• conduct site inspections
• identify risks and mitigation strategies
• oversee punch lists, warranties, as-built drawings, and transition to building operations
• support client pursuits and project management business development.
