What you'll do

• Conduct issue-area research, draft issue or action briefs, and capture call notes
• manage work plans and team and client databases
• prepare agendas, materials, research, surveys, and interviews for program design sessions
• support internal and external communications
• develop tools and templates
• track social impact, CSR, and ESG trends
• support development of client impact policies, procedures, partnerships, and infrastructure.
