What you'll do

• Follow up on leads, conduct sales calls, convert prospects, and work toward membership goals
• coach the team on sales
• teach an average of 10 Reformer and/or Heated Mat classes weekly using the MNT Method
• support front desk training and client experience
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staffing
• manage and mentor Community Manager and Clean Team staff
• monitor inventory and vendor relationships
• collaborate on community events
• support studio operations, particularly in the general manager’s absence.
