X Center Store Associate

During lower-volume periods, the associate cross-trains to support host and concierge operations, including guest arrivals, check-ins, reservations, and general inquiries.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries
• assist guests with apparel sizing, product features, and purchase decisions
• provide venue and event information
• assist with check-ins, admissions, reservations, and simulator scheduling as needed
• conduct inventory counts and audits
• cross-train for host and concierge support
• recommend merchandise
• process point-of-sale transactions and handle cash accurately
• receive, tag, price, organize, and restock merchandise
• maintain displays, cleanliness, and store organization
• support promotional events and special experiences.
