What you'll do

• Answer calls and take and relay messages
• greet residents and visitors and provide directions
• prepare marketing brochures and meal tickets
• update resident lists, rosters, registers, and sign-in logs
• coordinate appointments
• maintain an orderly desk and entry area
• distribute mail
• maintain resident forms.
