What you'll do

• Oversee operations and performance of multiple residential properties
• lead and support onsite staff
• serve as a contact for residents and applicants
• manage leasing, renewals, move-ins, turnovers, and communications
• coordinate maintenance, vendors, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• conduct property visits
• manage budgets, expenses, invoices, and reconciliations
• monitor rent collections and delinquencies
• ensure compliance with Oregon landlord-tenant laws and company policies
• participate in rotating on-call coverage and respond to property emergencies.
