The Electro-Mechanical Technician – Electrical Controls – Night Shift role is onsite in Omaha, NE, working 6:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m. Wednesday through Saturday, with some overtime. Compensation is $29.75 per hour after six months, increasing to $33.04 per hour, plus a $1.25-per-hour shift differential for hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. The role supports LALA US, which manufactures yogurt smoothies, Crema Mexicana, and blended yogurt. The technician maintains and troubleshoots production systems to support reliable manufacturing, food safety, and product quality. The role performs preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnoses mechanical and electrical faults, and repairs production lines and associated equipment.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive and predictive maintenance
• diagnose mechanical and electrical circuitry malfunctions using tests and technical publications
• report and take action to prevent food safety and quality problems
• troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines and assigned systems.
