What you'll do

• Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, escalations, and disputes
• manage AP automation, AP email, and weekly payment schedules
• perform bank reconciliations and cash book adjustments
• manage letters of credit
• complete month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
• maintain standard costs and perform variance analysis, inventory valuation, margin reporting, and BOM costing
• oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, disputes, collections, and aging
• coordinate accounting team workflow and reporting.
