What you'll do

• Support day-to-day store operations
• run the register and assist customers
• coach team members on upselling
• help hire, train, and lead staff
• act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• maintain store and exterior cleanliness
• manage team schedules, cash handling, deposits, and store financials.
