What you'll do

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned weekend shifts
• oversee daily nursing operations and resident-centered care
• monitor residents and respond to health changes or emergencies
• ensure timely nursing documentation
• coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• coach and support nursing staff
• assist with staffing coordination
• ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and CMS guidelines
• communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• maintain a safe and supportive environment.
