What you'll do

• Advise Human Resources on employee relations, terminations, accommodations, policies, and employee counseling
• manage pre-litigation matters and work with outside counsel
• track employment trends and regulatory developments
• support internal investigations and HR compliance reviews
• assist with public company governance, equity compensation, disclosures, strategic transactions, cross-functional initiatives, and ESG
• support selected commercial contracts and improve contracting processes and templates
• enhance legal operations and documentation
• complete quality-system reporting and training requirements.
