Compensation is $0 per year. The Manager, AI-Native Security Operations role is hybrid in Draper, UT, with regular in-office days each week. The role leads BambooHR’s Security Operations function as it is redesigned around AI and automation. The manager leads detection engineering, threat intelligence and hunting, and incident response while overseeing daily operations, team development, and service-provider relationships. The role builds automation and detection programs so routine volume can be handled efficiently while analysts focus on judgment, investigation, and incident leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead security analysts, detection engineers, and threat intelligence practitioners
• oversee daily alert handling, shift coverage, on-call rotation, incident assignment, and detection backlog
• serve as incident commander for most incidents
• manage security service providers and publish operational metrics
• automate triage and incident workflows
• own detection engineering lifecycle
• establish threat intelligence and hypothesis-driven hunting programs
• define authority boundaries for automated systems
• build coverage for AI-era threats and partner across security teams.
