Job overview

The Manager, Product Success role is hybrid in the Denver area, with two to three days in the office. Compensation is $130,000–$150,000 base salary plus equity. The role supports Zocks’ work as an AI assistant that helps financial advisors automate operational work and grow their businesses. The manager leads a team of Product Advisors and owns product utilization and value realization for small and midsize business customers. The role builds scalable onboarding, education, and adoption programs, uses customer and product metrics to improve engagement, and partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to expand customer value.

What you'll do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage Product Advisors
• set customer engagement and product expertise standards
• track adoption metrics and develop data-driven strategies
• build scalable customer education and activation programs
• monitor customer accounts and conduct advisory sessions
• identify expansion opportunities with Sales and Account Management
• improve in-product user experience and onboarding with Product
• and develop scaled training content with Implementation and Marketing.
