What you'll do

• Conduct daily business development route stops in Eastern Idaho
• build and maintain relationships with referral partners and community contacts
• record visits, leads, and relationship progress in the CRM
• help plan, coordinate, and attend community events, sponsorships, and trade shows
• provide light social media support as needed
• collaborate with office and operations teams
• and represent the company professionally at events and in the community.
