What you'll do

• Operate the dish machine using proper chemical levels
• sort, rinse, rack, and wash dishes, pots, and pans
• maintain sanitation standards and a clean workstation
• empty trash and maintain the dumpster area
• store silverware appropriately
• clean floors, work areas, restrooms, and parking area
• keep the kitchen supplied with clean dishes.
