Member Services Representative (Weekends)

The Member Services Representative (Weekends) is an onsite, part-time role in Cayce, SC, paying $10–$10.50 per hour. The position supports Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests in creating a positive, “Judgement Free” club experience. The representative welcomes and assists members, handles membership transactions and inquiries, promotes club services, and helps maintain a clean and safe facility. The role contributes to member satisfaction and the club’s daily operations through customer service, sales support, and facility upkeep.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer questions and phone calls
• process membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and payments
• conduct prospective-member calls and tours
• support sales goals
• clean and sanitize equipment and shared areas
• identify safety, cleanliness, and maintenance concerns.
