What you'll do

• Assess patient calls, determine urgency, and guide calls to an appropriate conclusion
• respond to urgent calls within the stated timeframe and non-urgent calls in a timely manner
• perform wound care, dressing changes, suture and staple removal, and casting as required
• document care in the EMR
• provide patient education
• document prescriptions and DME
• coordinate follow-up for labs and diagnostic tests
• maintain confidentiality and follow infection-control and safety guidelines.

Why this role
