What you'll do

• Coordinate internal and external project meetings
• support project plans covering scope, requirements, timelines, and milestones
• track progress using project management tools
• partner with Engineering, QA, and Content Analysts to deliver solutions
• communicate updates and escalate risks
• identify process improvements
• develop knowledge of products, workflows, and customer needs.
