What you'll do

• Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods
• measure and prepare ingredients and equipment
• operate commercial mixers and ovens and monitor baking
• package, label, store, and rotate cakes while maintaining baking and refrigeration logs
• assist with production planning and monitor baking-supply inventory
• assess ingredients and finished cakes for quality
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• follow health and safety policies.
