What you'll do

• Manage settlement and ongoing operations for private debt and private equity assets, including deal facilitation, settlement processing, income accounting, and cash wire controls.
• Support asset setup, ticket preparation, settlement confirmations, reconciliations, vaulting requests, and research.
• Manage physical security registration and support debt restructurings and amendments.
• Oversee loan agency processes including drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, and covenant events.
• Record and review principal and interest, fees, expenses, and capital contributions/distributions.
• Partner with front office, legal, finance, and custodians.
