Forensic Intake Specialist and Scheduler — Behavioral Health

What you'll do

• Respond to forensic referral calls, emails, and faxes within 24 business hours
• contact referred clients and schedule services within designated time frames
• collect demographic and insurance or Medicaid information and enter it into the electronic medical record
• verify coverage
• explain first-session requirements
• track federal referrals and communicate with the Federal Services Coordinator
• provide front desk and clinical administrative support as needed.
