The Technical Recruiter role is onsite in Austin, TX, with plans to move to Cedar Park, TX in early 2027. Compensation is not specified. Aeon develops and manufactures advanced missile systems and critical subsystems for defense programs. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, the recruiter manages full-cycle hiring for technical, manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate roles. The role partners with hiring managers to plan staffing, source and assess candidates, coordinate offers and onboarding, and support Aeon’s growth and candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate positions
• partner with hiring managers on role requirements and workforce planning
• develop recruiting strategies
• create job descriptions and recruitment marketing content
• source active and passive candidates
• build talent pipelines
• screen candidates
• coordinate interviews
• guide selection decisions
• facilitate and negotiate offers
• maintain Lever ATS records and recruiting metrics
• support onboarding
• promote the employment brand
• improve candidate attraction and engagement.
