Organization Overview. Our lab has developed novel CRISPR-based tools for functional genomics in the globally important pathogen, Mycobacterium tuberculosis. At Rockefeller, you will join a dynamic research team to investigate the mechanisms that enable this bacterium to cause disease and evade current antibiotics, with the long-term goal of developing new strategies to improve control of this pan
