What you'll do

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
• draft and argue motions and legal briefs
• take and defend depositions
• handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• support workplace-safety matters and enforcement actions
• advise clients on workplace-safety and employment legal issues
• assist with Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, and other state OSHA matters
• conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• collaborate with attorneys across employment and workplace-safety practices.

Why this role
