What you'll do

• Performs CT exams following protocols.
• Prepares procedure trays.
• Takes patient history.
• Provides patient history to radiologist.
• Completes documentation.
• Coordinates patient flow.
• Supports ALARA principles.
• Informs patients about procedures.
• Starts IVs for contrast administration.
• Uses power injector.
• Contributes to after-hour coverage through on-call shift rotations.
• Maintains licenses and certifications.
• Handles daily upkeep of departmental work areas.
• Promotes customer service initiatives.
• Supports quality and performance improvement plans.
• Complies with quarterly targeted metrics.
• Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology

Experience

1 year post-graduate experience preferred
