What you'll do

• Supervise and direct a crew of 6–12 line handlers
• complete and confirm job documentation
• conduct job safety analysis and communicate concerns
• perform line-handling duties at water and water-edge structures
• operate linemen mooring boats
• use hand signals and verbal commands
• inspect and report signs of line damage
• monitor and enforce PPE use
• work in varied weather
• climb ladders and water-edge inclines
• manually move vessel and barge mooring lines.
