What you'll do

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances such as washing machines and dryers.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools.
