What you'll do

• Lead estimates and proposals, including cost analysis and estimate coordination
• develop and review trade takeoffs and internal pricing
• oversee capital bids before submission
• delegate customer opportunities within the estimating team
• evaluate subcontractor proposals and prepare or review self-perform estimates
• assemble final estimates for owners
• maintain National Opportunities Reporting
• analyze productivity, scope, quantities, and cost data
• solicit and negotiate with subcontractors
• maintain trade vendor lists
• compare subcontractor and supplier bids
• support customer service and quality standards in a high-volume bid environment.
