Job overview

The Barista role is onsite in Tillamook, OR, with pay of $18–$22 per hour plus tips. Hygge Kitchen makes food in-house and serves organic coffee and other drinks to its community. The barista prepares coffee, matcha, chai, and seasonal drinks while maintaining quality and warm guest service during busy morning periods. The role also supports ordering and table delivery, and uses slower periods for drink preparation, restocking, and cleaning.

What you'll do

• Prepare organic coffee, matcha, chai, and seasonal drinks
• maintain quality and guest warmth during busy service
• learn the POS system, take customer orders, and deliver food and drinks to tables
• prepare syrups, restock, and clean the coffee station and kitchen during slower periods.
