What you'll do

• Package bakery products using appropriate containers and materials
• inspect products and remove defective items
• verify labels, weights, product information, and codes
• monitor packaging equipment and report issues
• seal, label, and prepare boxes for shipment
• maintain a clean work area
• follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• and assist with training and other production duties as needed.
