What you'll do

• Own business development strategy and performance across multiple skilled nursing locations
• build referral relationships with hospitals, managed care organizations, physician groups, and community sources
• recruit, train, and manage facility-level business development and admissions teams
• establish and monitor performance indicators
• analyze referral and payer data
• partner with facility and nursing leadership
• manage payer relationships
• represent the organization at industry events
• report pipeline and census performance.
