What you'll do

• Design Jira reports and role-based dashboards
• author and optimize JQL
• track capacity utilization, velocity, cycle time, throughput, and blockers
• analyze Government-provided baseline data and recommend improvements
• design data visualizations
• maintain the live Agile Dashboard
• integrate Jira reporting with Power BI and Confluence
• present metrics and findings
• support the live demonstration.
