What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end PBM implementations
• manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• serve as the client’s primary implementation contact
• coordinate with Clinical, IT, Operations, Pharmacy, and Finance
• coordinate data exchanges and review historical claims and authorization files
• plan member communications
• identify and resolve risks
• facilitate meetings and post-implementation handoffs
• maintain implementation documentation
• contribute to process improvements.
