What you'll do

• Manage personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution
• evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and case strategy
• review evidence and medical records
• guide case managers
• prepare demand packages and negotiate with insurers and defense counsel
• draft pleadings and discovery
• take and defend depositions
• attend hearings and mediations
• prepare cases for trial
• communicate with clients
• and maintain case documentation and deadlines.
