What you'll do

• Assist Heavy Equipment Operations, including the Service Manager and Shop Foreman, with administrative tasks, customer support, and scheduling
• answer customer and internal service calls and gather details
• coordinate information and provide updates
• ensure work is completed, documented, communicated, and billed accurately and promptly
• coordinate and track external testing and vendor services
• follow up with technicians, vendors, customers, and departments to move jobs forward.
