What you'll do

• Prepare and portion hot and cold menu items according to recipes and production counts
• serve resident meals at scheduled times
• record food and equipment temperatures
• interact with residents and staff
• maintain sanitation and a safe work environment
• track inventory and communicate low supplies
• label, wrap, and date unused food
• support staff and conduct huddles when the Dietary Manager is absent.
