What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• supervise, coach, and provide feedback to RBTs and support staff
• analyze client progress data and adjust treatment plans
• partner with caregivers on engagement, education, and implementation of ABA strategies
• collaborate with clinical teammates.
