The Breakfast Attendant, Bistro Server (AM Shift) role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $10 per hour. The role supports the hotel Bistro’s breakfast service and morning guest experience. The attendant welcomes guests, takes and serves breakfast orders, and keeps the Bistro stocked, clean, and organized. Accurate service, food safety, and coordination with hotel colleagues help provide a smooth start to guests’ day.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• prepare and serve breakfast items, coffee, and beverages to brand standards
• operate the POS system and handle payments
• maintain Bistro cleanliness
• restock food, beverages, and supplies
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• assist with opening and breakfast setup
• respond to guest requests
• collaborate with hotel team members.
