What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations
• assume the manager role when the Housekeeping and Laundry Manager is absent
• train team members in procedures, chemicals, equipment, and techniques
• conduct quality inspections and educational rounds
• delegate work and support teamwork
• maintain equipment and remove unsafe equipment from service
• perform routine cleaning and floor care
• report maintenance needs and safety hazards
• order, stock, and monitor supplies
• work within labor and supply guidelines
• coordinate room setups and project work.
