What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and grounds
• respond professionally to incidents
• monitor access points and assist with directions
• document observations, incidents, and patrol activities.
