Food and Nutrition Aide

The Food and Nutrition Aide works onsite in Belding, MI, on a part-time flex schedule with evening shifts from 4:15–8:15 p.m. and 4–6 p.m., plus every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. What you'll do

• Prepare salads, desserts, snacks, and special nourishments
• set up trays according to menus and resident preferences
• follow modified-diet instructions, recipes, and portion controls
• deliver and return food carts
• clear trays and wash dishes
• clean work areas and equipment
• report hazards and malfunctions
• store supplies
• follow infection-control, patient-rights, and confidentiality requirements.
