Senior Counsel

What you'll do

• Advise the business on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters
• draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• maintain contract templates and negotiation guidance
• support strategic initiatives and corporate transactions
• advise executive leadership
• coordinate outside counsel
• support compliance
• manage pre-litigation disputes and claims and oversee legal proceedings
• partner with Human Resources on employment matters.
