What you'll do

• Develop and execute market strategy

• originate and manage commercial relationships
• monitor loan production, deposits, treasury revenue, profitability, and credit quality
• lead, coach, recruit, and retain commercial bankers
• structure and oversee commercial credit relationships
• represent the bank in the San Antonio business community
• build relationships with business leaders and community organizations.
