What you'll do

• Assist the Facilities Support Services Manager and Supervisor with key-shop responsibilities
• monitor workload and resources
• supervise employee performance
• oversee information gathering, diagnosis, equipment inventory and labeling, and scheduling
• determine task needs and assign technicians
• translate work requests into service requests and ensure work is assessed and completed
• support planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance and repair.
