Construction Assistant (Laborer) – Pool Construction

Job overview

The Construction Assistant role is onsite in Beacon, NY, supporting pool construction projects. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. The role supports job-site project completion and customer experience through hands-on construction work and quality checks. The assistant helps across pool construction phases, handles materials and tools, follows safety procedures, records work activities, and communicates progress and material needs to leadership. The work contributes to completing installations according to project specifications.

What you'll do

• Assist with excavation, plumbing, steelwork, concrete, tiling, decking, and equipment installation
• dig, level, and handle materials
• check installations against project specifications
• follow job-site safety rules
• troubleshoot minor construction challenges
• transport supplies
• complete work orders and activity records
• keep job sites and trucks organized and stocked.
