Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, grain procurement accounting, and Senior Accountant teams
• set service levels and performance measures
• manage monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• oversee bank and credit card reconciliation and cash forecasting
• lead accounting technology and automation improvements
• maintain accounting policies and processes
• support audits, tax filings, insurance renewals, and risk management.
