What you'll do

• Develop strategic plans, policies, and standard operating procedures
• lead process improvement and re-engineering
• prepare executive briefings and project plans
• mentor team members
• support Tableau data visualization and SharePoint tools
• analyze metrics and organizational performance
• develop recommendations for system and process improvements
• establish and monitor performance measures
• facilitate data-related working groups and represent the organization to Intelligence Community and Department of Defense partners.
